Jennifer Garrison is an assistant professor at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and also holds appointments in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and the Davis School of Gerontology at the University of Southern California. She is also the Co-Founder & Director, Global Consortium for Reproductive Longevity & Equality.Deena Emera is a Senior Scientist and Writer-in-Residence in the Center for Reproductive Longevity and Equality at the Buck Institute, where she is drawing on her evolutionary background and expertise on female reproduction to investigate the evolution of menopause. She also continues working with students, teaching a science-writing course at Dominican University. Her book A Modern Guide to the Female Body will be published in the spring of 2023.
