She also pushes against the idea that everyone should adopt, and that might come as a shock to some people. Adoption is a beautiful but incredibly hard thing for all involved, and not every person who loves Jesus will be equipped to do so. It’s so important to listen to adult adoptees and learn from them how our language and views on these topics matter.
