It was a powerful interview—we talk about prison, drug addiction, acting, the Wire, the Night Of, and Dominic who had been released days earlier and was there at the interview with us. It was an honor to spend time with Michael—he was an intense freedom fighter who cared deeply about criminal justice reform. His intensity comes through in this conversation.
