Dr. Washington has also worked with organizations such as Enbridge, Shaw Communications, AIMCo, Blue Cross, YMCA, Parkland Fuels, Syncrude, and SportChek, many ministries and departments in the Country of Botswana, the state of Oregon, the Government of Alberta, and the City of Edmonton on topics of leadership, organizational change, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.Currently, he is a professor of management at Portland State University.
