She talks about the dynamics of traveling the world with her husband and two daughters, and shares family travel stories from Costa Rica, Kenya, and Morocco, including spending a week alone with her 3 year old in North Africa before meeting the rest of her family. Monet also explains why she is intentional about not instilling fear into her kids, even if she is personally afraid to do something. She explains that she wants her blog content to inspire and provide practical tips for families to travel the world, and that she posts her kid-friendly travel itineraries as well as tips for traveling much more affordably.
