My family has their opinions about how they think I felt and how they maybe wished I felt or wanted me to act but I’m going to tell you here the real and honest truth now that I have a better understanding as an adult.

BV is a sensitive topic but it should be discussed more.
Can we stop using the word Narcissist without knowing what it really is?? I think the only way to know is to experience one.
Here’s a little advice on how to secure that big girl job when you don’t know exactly what to do and maybe no one has ever showed you 🤷🏾‍♀️
This one is for the ladies who think everybody want they man. Nobody is accepting the bare minimum but you, my dear.
It takes more than just motivation.
As young black girls we have to keep ourselves safe. Sometimes we get too comfortable and forget that people crazy out here.
On this healing journey, shadow work is mandatory. You have to look within and find the answers from your subconscious.
Thank you 🥳
Combing through my past experiences and identifying the things that might seem a little off about me.
A lot of us are people pleasers and it’s ruining our quality of life. I think we are allowed to say no and express freely without feeling the constant NEED to put others first. Especially as women we run ourselves crazy with this.
Sometimes as women, we accept anything just because we think that is the best we will ever be able to do. It’s time to stop that.
We have allowed our parents and our grandparents to convince us that we are weak when something happens in life that isn’t fair or is too challenging. Allow yourself to break down and feel your feelings. You’re not weak for asking for help, you’re not weak for crying because this world actively works against you.
Random Rant
I think I’m learning to just shut up on a lot of shit because why keep trying to worry about stuff that ain’t got nothing to do with me.
These past few weeks have really tested me but I’m still here & I’m still going !
Everyone has a past & something personal they struggle with. We’re not perfect by far so please think about the way you treat others —- it’s not easy at times but at least try.
Black Joy is a thing.
Y'all know wtf going on here.
I actually really do love black men and I want to see them happy and at peace.
Family and others can put high expectations on you and have it stress you out more than you actually realize.
I've come to the devastating conclusion that guy friends isn't a thing; and it possibly never was. (I know I owe yall my socials. I got you on the next one)
Please stay away from girls who are visibly jealous of you and want to take your place. Keeping these types of people around will surely stop your blessings.
Today we touch on spirituality and the different ways your vibration can play a positive/negative role in your life.
I feel like I've hit a plataeu in my journey. I'm reminding myself to push it. Fuck how things look currently. Fuck if things don't look promising from where I'm standing. I have to push it... you have to push it. Don't let up. Nobody got you..like you.
Discussing moms is a touchy subject; but let's finally be honest about these mothers.
Let's unlearn the negative things we were taught as kids. Our body parts are nothing be ashamed of, we are not grown or fast just because we developed early. The black community has demonized sexuality long enough.
Privacy is important for everyone. Never as a weapon of course, but not being given privacy and safe space can lead to issues later. People have to remember that kids will grow up ..and remember certain things.
When breakups happen we have to remember there's so much more to us than that person. Allow yourself to feel how you feel and keep it moving. You have so much more life to live.
When I say Fuck Niggas, Get Money. I mean it's time to say fuck these lil boys and get to a bag !!! Realize that it's more to life than a relationship and validation. Too many smart, amazing women out here wasting they life running behind a ain't shit man. We ain't crying over they ass nomore !!!
Here are my personal favorite YouTube influencers that got me inspired and motivated! I hope they do the same for you.
This episode is really all over the place so hopefully something I said helped or at least entertained you in a positive way.
When you come out of hermit mode, don't forget to repair your relationships. People don't always know what's going on and maybe we shouldn't alwaya expect leniency.
Why be humble? We will not downplay ourselves because someone else might take offense to our light. The underlying competition some women come with is sickening and I refuse to participate.
A lot of us are caught up in believing we don't deserve more, which leads to believing we can't achieve more. It needs to stop.
We can't keep allowing people to bypass our boundaries. Stop letting people disrespect you, when you allow it... you become responsible for your own discomfort. People will play in your face because you a nice person. Choose who deserves your kindness.
We discuss how just the right touch of masculinity can effortlessly bring forth the soft feminine black woman.
A lot of people think of being selfish as a bad thing. Let's think about it from a self preserving perspective, a self loving perspective. Selfish doesn't always have to mean negativity.
Stop allowing your comfort zone to cost you ! Your comfort zone is holding you back. You deserve new experiences, you deserve to reach your goals. Step out on faith and just DO IT !
Please get out of depressed energy. We are pushing that darkness aside & choosing happiness. Choosing our best potential. I'm here for you on this journey because I'm on mine too.
We need to normalize healing. A lot of situations can be avoided by doing the work to heal past traumas. You can change the way you think & change your whole position in life.
Tonight we ask.. Is marriage really worth the hype? With all the goals and aspirations we have for ourselves? PLUS the inner work we need to do... Is marriage still the ultimate goal?
Learning to take up space & speak up for ourselves is a very important door we need to FLING open. I want my first episode to be all about feeling comfortable within yourself enough to speak up for YOU!
